We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support our growing sales team and help drive revenue by converting leads managing customer relationships and supporting project coordination.
Full-time position with competitive base salary plus commission.

Manage inbound leads and outbound prospecting via phone email and CRM
Qualify prospects perform needs assessments and present appropriate HomePro solutions
Prepare and deliver accurate quotes proposals and follow-up communications
Schedule appointments and coordinate with production field teams and dispatch
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships focused on long-term satisfaction
Collaborate with marketing and operations to support promotions and ensure smooth handoffs
Participate in team meetings and training to stay current on products pricing and processes
**Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the manager**
Proven experience in inside sales customer service or lead generation (preferred13 years)
Strong phone presence excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with demonstrated ability to build rapport and drive conversions
Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Google Workspace)
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Motivated coachable and eager to grow within a fast-paced company
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for occasional in-person meetings
High school diploma or G.E.D. required; college coursework or degree in business communications or related field is a plus
1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Effective time management and follow-up discipline
Comfortable using technology to document and track sales activities
Ability to listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Team-oriented with a positive professional attitude
To support HomePros sales objectives by converting leads into revenue maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring accurate coordination between sales and operations to deliver exceptional service.
