Role Overview

The Cold Calling / Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients introducing the companys services and identifying new business opportunities. This role is suited to a motivated communicator who excels at building rapport quickly adapting conversations to client needs and consistently driving lead volume through professional persistence.

The right candidate will combine strong interpersonal skills with structured call discipline and the ability to represent the brand with clarity confidence and respect.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the companys cleaning and maintenance services.
  • Qualify leads by identifying client needs decision-makers and potential service opportunities.
  • Follow up consistently on warm leads and prior outreach commitments.
  • Maintain accurate call records notes and lead status updates in CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  • Adapt call scripts and messaging to suit different client profiles and market segments.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging.


Hard Skills

  • Proven experience in cold calling telemarketing or outbound lead generation (B2B preferred).
  • Clear and fluent spoken English with a professional confident tone.
  • Strong CRM and data tracking ability (HubSpot Pipedrive or similar).
  • Proficient in managing call lists updating pipelines and using productivity tools.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions effectively and handle basic objections.
