Salary: $1500 - $1800/pm based on experience

Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Assistant to support its growing team and streamline day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented proactive and comfortable managing multiple HR functions in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings and advertising for new openings across various platforms.
  • Coordinate candidate sourcing screening and interview scheduling.
  • Support in conducting interviews and assisting with salary discussions and offer preparation.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and CRM tools.
  • Assist in drafting and maintaining HR policies and documentation.
  • Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with management on performance tracking and employee reviews.

Requirements

  • 23 years of proven experience in an HR Assistant or similar administrative HR role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management/collaboration tools (e.g. Asana Trello or ).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in recruitment onboarding and general HR administration.
  • Reliable self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting a U.S.-based or service-oriented company.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and labor compliance standards.
