We specialize in delivering high-quality innovative and sustainable projects to our clients in various industries including commercial residential and industrial. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Project Manager to assist in planning coordinating and overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans timelines and budgets - Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager - Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project - Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans - Assist in managing project resources including materials equipment and personnel - Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports contracts and change orders - Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service throughout the project - Keep up-to-date with industry trends regulations and best practices to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management preferably in the construction industry - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office - Knowledge of construction processes and techniques - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Willingness to travel to project sites as needed We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for professional growth and development - Dynamic and collaborative work environment - Chance to work on exciting and challenging projects - Supportive and inclusive company culture If you are a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for project management we want to hear from you!
