How youll contribute
The Charge Nurse is responsible for leading and supporting nursing staff in the delivery of high-quality safe and compliant patient care. This role includes clinical mentorship documentation oversight and coordination of staff assignments based on patient needs.

Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a current state RN license and have graduated of an accredited registered nurse program; BSN preferred. Additional requirements include:
- Minimum of two years in a rehabilitative or acute care setting with demonstrated leadership ability.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required; Child and Adult Abuse Certification required; CRRN preferred.
