Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned territories through direct selling activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers distributors and other clients.
  • Ensure proper merchandising and visibility of products on store shelves.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach through account openings and promotions.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to keep up with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Execute trade marketing and promotional strategies as required.
  • Monitor product availability and manage logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports feedback on market trends and updates to senior management.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related fields.
  • Prior experience in FMCG sales or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for market research and opportunity identification.
