Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of medium-sized and strategic B2B clients driving revenue growth and strengthening long-term business relationships. This role requires a strong results-oriented mindset technicalcommercial skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams. Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities preparing commercial proposals analyzing pricing and margins coordinating with Supply Chain Quality Production and Finance teams and supporting innovation or packaging development projects. The Sales Executive must maintain accurate CRM records monitor market trends and ensure consistent communication with clients while delivering high service standards.



Requirements

  • 35 years of experience in B2B sales within packaging plastics manufacturing food & beverage or FMCG

  • Experience managing medium or regional accounts

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Ability to analyze commercial data and sales indicators

  • Basicintermediate understanding of manufacturing processes materials and logistics

  • Intermediate English level

  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools

  • Availability for national travel

  • Strong organizational skills proactivity and resilience under pressure

  • Required Skills:

    Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in continuous improvement process optimization and project management. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant improvement methodologies is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software. Working Conditions: This role may require occasional travel to various company locations or partner organizations. Flexible work hours to accommodate project needs and deadlines. The position may involve occasional extended work hours during critical project phases.
