Job Summary

Scrum Master

10 experience of managing cross location teams and focussed on delivery excellence with effective work breakdown planning and working on resources allocation across the pods Ex-perience with Agile-based project delivery with ability to lead Agile ceremonies (Backlog Readiness Backlog Refinement SCRUMs Retrospectives etc.) and team meetings to define and communicate on delivery milestones. Work with development leads and Business stake-holders to remove impediments to delivery and manage any issues and delays with effective coordination communication. Facilitate with technical analysis specifications of requirements from Business and help maintain the content in JIRAs as well write effective Confluence knowledge article for multiple teams supporting the application platforms. Ensure JIRAs log-ging and boards are organized to provide both granular and management level transparency.
