What Youll Do

As an Engineering Manager within the Governance Compliance & Insights (GCI) and End User Portals (EUP) teams youll play a pivotal role in building and supporting our teams in India and driving multiple projects and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspire and Lead Teams:Cultivate and empower high-performing engineering teams spanning backend frontend DevOps and observability by setting clear direction fostering collaboration and nurturing a culture of trust and accountability.
• Build a Strong Team Identity:Champion a unified team culture across multiple scrum squads encouraging open communication shared goals and continuous learning.
• Drive Technical Excellence:Lead the design development and delivery of robust solutions using Java (backend) Angular (UI) AWS Terraform (IAC) and Grafana Cloud (observability). Ensure best practices and technical standards are consistently upheld.
• Deliver Impactful Results:Translate organizational vision and product roadmaps into actionable plans prioritizing and delivering features and projects that drive measurable business value.
• Foster Innovation:Encourage experimentation and creative problem solving. Promote the adoption of AI-assisted development tools and new technologies to boost productivity and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Mentor and Develop Talent:Invest in the growth of your team through coaching feedback and opportunities for skill development. Recognize achievements and create pathways for career progression.
• Collaborate Across Functions:Build strong partnerships with Product UX QA and other stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions from concept to release.
• Champion Operational Excellence:Ensure reliability scalability and observability are embedded in everything we build proactively identifying risks and driving continuous improvement in our processes and systems.
