What are we looking for
We are seeking a reliable detail-oriented and service-minded Office Cleaning Staffto join our team. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills professionalism and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean welcoming and well-functioning office environment for employees clients and visitors.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks across our office buildings (rooms common areas meeting spaces bathrooms kitchens corridors)
- Handle office laundry (e.g. towels uniforms kitchen cloths) when applicable
- Restock and monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and materials
- Follow departmental policies including all safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain and safeguard cleaning equipment and ensure proper functionality
- Report any maintenance issues damages or irregularities to supervisors
- Ensure confidentiality when working in office and administrative areas
- Support additional cleaning tasks as needed (e.g. events)
- Communicate effectively with colleagues for smooth daily coordination
- Collaborate with Facility Management when required
You are/have
- Proven experience in professional cleaning (office environment preferred; hotel experience also considered)
- Strong understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- High level of responsibility discretion and reliability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Friendly professional demeanor with a customer-oriented mindset
- English (B2 level) German nice tohave
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
