Junior Project Management Specialist – Aerospace (Parental leave replacement)

This is a hybrid role 3 days at the office 2 days work from home model.

• Compile cost data perform analysis and validation of project costs create and maintain project schedules compile schedule status generate metrics and analyse project performance.
• Assist in the forecasting process (financial and technical resource planning and utilization analysis).
• Synthesize program management information and recommend corrective actions.
• Facilitate and coordinate Program Management Reviews/Monthly Project Review
• Prepare and publish data used in management reviews such as reporting and analysis.
• Support the program management change management process with respect to assigned programs / projects.

• Education with major in accounting finance or related field
• Knowledge of resource planning scheduling financial data compilation and analysis metrics reporting earned value reporting etc.
• Analytical skills and demonstrable skills in applying and using program management tools and financial systems
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Advanced command of English language
• Ability to work with large remote and diverse teams in a matrix organisation
