Digital Learning Specialist

Were recruiting for a Digital Learning Specialist to join us.

Youll play a key role in designing and delivering digital learning solutions that support enterprise-wide capability growth working collaboratively across teams and with external partners to ensure our learning platforms and content meet the needs of all our colleagues.

What youll be doing:

• Supporting the design and delivery of engaging digital learning solutions aligned with our strategy
• Enabling the rollout and adoption of our Learning Experience Platform to enhance learner engagement
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of high-quality digital learning content
• Liaising with third-party providers to ensure consistent delivery and performance
• Collaborating across teams to integrate digital learning into the employee lifecycle
• Monitoring trends and feedback to continuously improve digital learning tools and experiences
• Maintaining the quality and compliance of computer-based training and digital learning standards
• Designing training that supports our commitment to fair customer outcomes and Consumer Duty

Qualifications :

Who were looking for:

• Experience designing and delivering digital learning content
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and ecosystems
• Understanding of CBT development standards and compliance requirements
• Awareness of accessibility standards in digital learning
• Ability to apply learning science principles to digital product development
• Proven collaboration skills with internal teams and external vendors
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide learning initiatives
• Commitment to inclusive innovative and continuous learning practices
