As a Night Server you will:
- Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting and exceeding Relais & Chateaux AAA 4 & 5 Diamond and Forbes Standards.
- Lead by example and be a pro-active member of The Pointe Restaurant Team.
- Guide guests through available food & beverage options assisting in selection if requested.
- Assist in the selection of the appropriate wine or spirit to accompany the meal.
- Deliver selected food & beverage to our guests displaying the meal in a manner suitable for 4 & 5 Diamond establishments.
- Work in a team environment.
- Assist with the preparation of the dining room for ensuing shifts.
- Balance cash-outs.

- Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant environment.
- Good knowledge of food wine beer and spirits.
- An appreciation for detail and a passion for guest service.
- Professional and positive attitude in every aspect of the position.
- Consistent punctuality and dedication.
- A calm polite and composed demeanor.
- A desire to contribute exciting and innovative ideas towards the ongoing improvement of The Pointe Restaurant and the Wickaninnish Inn as a whole.
- A valid Serving It Right Certification.
- Self-motivation in learning extensively about wines and spirits.
- Sommelier Certification an asset.
- The ability to successfully pass the In-House Wine exam.
- Knowledge of the use of Silverware computer system.
A mutual understanding of your employment duration will be determined during your interview
Salary/Wage: $17.85 per hour
