Job Summary
- Assist servers efficiently to maintain smooth service flow
- Set clear and reset tables according to established standards
- Replenish service items and maintain fully stocked stations
- Monitor dining areas and respond promptly to guest and server needs
- Collaborate closely with servers culinary and support teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold professional appearance discretion and service standards at all times
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years experience in fine dining luxury hospitality or high-standard service environments required
- Valid Smart Serve Certification required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional composed demeanor with clear and respectful communication
- Team-oriented mindset with pride in supporting seamless service
- Availability weekdays evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
