Job Summary
- Provide polished precise table service with professionalism and care
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings ingredients sourcing preparation methods and allergens
- Offer food and beverage guidance with confidence and discretion
- Execute service standards consistently including pacing table maintenance and coordinated clearing
- Monitor guest experience and respond to needs promptly and professionally
- Collaborate closely with culinary beverage and support teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold all service standards performance expectations and appearance guidelines
- Maintain discretion professionalism and composure at all times
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years experience in fine dining luxury hospitality or a high-standard service environment preferred
- Valid Smart Serve Certification required
- WSET certification (or equivalent wine and spirits education) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and technical service fundamentals
- Professional composed demeanor with clear and respectful communication
- Solid understanding of food beverage and elevated service standards
- Ability to perform consistently in a structured high-expectation environment
- Available for weekdays evenings and weekends as needed
- Criminal Background Check
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
