Your Role

We are looking for a hands-on analytical and driven intern to support our Revenue Operations function. You will work closely with the Senior Revenue Operations Manager to assist with building reports and dashboards improving data quality across systems maintaining our internal Knowledge Center and help with day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives that empower our commercial teams across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal Knowledge Center help prepare process documentation and instruction material for Sales

• Assist in pipeline management forecasting and reporting using Hubspot.

• Help maintain data quality and integrity across systems and dashboards (Hubspot PowerBI Excel).

• Support project management activities and coordinate alignment across various stakeholders for strategic initiatives.

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Economics Communication Data Analytics or a related field.

• Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear engaging content.

• Analytical mindset with a passion for numbers and problem-solving.

• Proactive detail-oriented and eager to take ownership of tasks.

• Comfortable working with Excel PowerPoint and CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).

• Interest in SaaS sales operations and B2B business models.

• Native Dutch speaker with strong command of English (written and spoken).

• Previous internship or work experience in a commercial training or SaaS-related role is a plus.
