Job Summary
As a Marketing & Communication Intern at ING Bank Netherlands you will join the Corporate Technology Departmentwhich deliverstech services internallyto INGs 40 countries. You willwork with the management team IT professionals and global tech communications colleagues to createcommunicationsmaterials andmanageinternalchannelsfor various IT products andteams.
Key Responsibilities:
- MaintainthedepartmentSharePointsite with info on services provided
- Manage internaldigital channels(Teams communities Viva engage)
- Support and developinternalcommsmaterials including presentations brochuresvideos editing and copy
- Support management teammeetings
- Developmarketing/product pages for various IT products and internalteams

We are looking for:
- Enrolled in a bachelors or masters program in communication marketing business administration journalism or related field
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skillsyourea team player
- Passionate about technology and innovation
- Based in the Netherlands; available in-office at least 2 days per week
- Independent ambitious and results-oriented
- Pragmatic proactive and creative
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Fluent in English
- Enthusiasm and experience with content creation is a big plus (thinkTikToks Reels Podcast Vlogs)
Examples of What You Would Be Doing:
- Managecomms structureand templates to ensure consistency across IT-related messaging
- Manage department SharePoint site to provide customers and stakeholders with a central reliable source of information on delivered services
- Enhance engagement withinthe Corporate Technology internal social channels by posting regular updates encouraging colleague participation and developing strategies to grow the community
- Support the preparation of demos and facilitation of stakeholder and management team sessions
- Participate in management meetings todrivemarketing and communication plansand materials
- Assistwith planning department events
- Collect andanalysefeedback from employee and business partner satisfaction surveys toidentifyactionable insights and areas for improvement
