Your Role What Youll Be Doing

You will work in multi-disciplinary teams for some of the biggest and most recognized brands in the world leading projects to help drive their business performance and digital finance transformation agendas. Our teamutilizesGlobal Business Services (GBS) to help clients centralize and streamline their support functions while also focusing on Financial Operations (FinOps) to optimize financial processes ensuring efficiency and accountability in managing their resources. Next to our focus on GBS and FinOps our team supports clients around business planning reporting and analytics (BPR&A). Together we focus on aligning finance functions with business goals ensuring our solutions support both functional excellence and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Commercial:

• As aDirector your key role will be to work with the current leadership team to drive business growth by drawing on your knowledgeexpertiseskillsand entrepreneurial mindset.

• You willbe responsible fordelivering a Go-To-Market forGlobal Business Servicesin line with the EY vision and mission.

• You will grow our business through building valued relationships with external clients and position EY in the market through thought leadership and point of views. This in combination with the EY vision on Finance Transformation will allow you to provide innovative insights for clients adapting our service offerings solutions and methods to fit the operational teams and cultural needs.

Delivery:

• You willberesponsible forthe delivery of complexmulti-stakeholder projects that improve our clients business performance. You will deliver high-end quality in every step of our projects and prepare clients for a digital future.

• You successfully articulate design and implement a vision forGBSand case for change that draws on innovative global technology trends leadingpracticeand service innovation.

• You will oversee and ensure the successful execution of end-to-endGBStransformation programs while actively managing and mitigating risks.

• You will lead High-Performing teams: Motivate and manage diverse high-performing teams aligned with EYs are a true people manager and can bring the EY Transformative Leadership model to life.

• You will lead GBS Transition and Transformation Initiatives: Collaborate with clients to assess their current GBS delivery modeldevelopand implement GBS operating models processes and governance structures that align with clients business objectives

Your Skills and Experience What You Bring

• 12years of relevant experience

• Several years of experience in working in The Netherlands.

• You are a professional with a strong network in theindustry who canleveragetheir connections to generate business opportunities

• Expertisein consulting and experience within the field of Global Business Services (GBS) and specific experience in improving and/or automating one or more of the following FinOps areas:

• Procure to Pay (P2P)

• Order to Cash (O2C)

• Record to Report (R2R)

• Sufficient holistic knowledge of GBS in one or more of the following phases:

• GBS key trends
• GBS strategy
• GBS design
• GBS build
• GBS implementation (incl. transitions)
• GBS continuous improvement

• Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies in finance and operations. It would be beneficial if you have a focus on a certain industry within the field of GBS.

• You are passionate aboutGBSand can rely on strong knowledge and experience in this field or one of the sub-fields:GBSStrategyGBSOperating Model Digitalenablement Global Business Services.

• Proven ability in managing multiple engagements and stakeholders surpassing client expectations handling budgets and effectively mitigating risks

• Extensive experience in leading business development building networksidentifyingopportunities responding to RFPs and presenting at events

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to storyboard and create high quality outputs

• Track recordof managing professional services staffincludingcoachingand developing staffand building teams

• Strongproficiencyin financial support tools including MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) withadditionalexperience in SAP Microsoft BIHighRadiusBlackLine beingadvantageous

• Fluent written and spoken English. Dutch is a valuable asset.

Ideallyyoullalso have

• Relevant Professional qualifications are a plus e.g. CMA/RC CPA/RA RE.

• Relevant technical business analyst and/or implementation manager certifications (e.g. SAP Microsoft Oracle etc.)

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow in complex Enterprise environments.
