Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Lead implement and maintain quality governance and quality surveillance programs to enhance quality oversight and improvement of critical operational processes within Hong Kong Transport Services Business Unit
- Develop and promote quality programs to foster a culture of quality across different business units
- Develop and maintain quality governance promotion programme and quality surveillance programme with effective planning coordination implementation and reporting
- Establish and maintain regular communication platform with EMSD-RB and other regulators
- Analyse surveillance findings and recommend improvement actions using appropriate quality assurance tools and techniques
- Develop and train the quality and management team on knowledge of quality assurance and enhance the competence in quality surveillance
- Maintain effective communication with Hong Kong Transport Services Business Unit to strive for improvement on quality assurance matters
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a recognized professional qualification in a related discipline
- A minimum 12 years relevant working experience in quality assurance or asset management of a high reliability organisation preferably gained in transportation industry with at least 5 years at managerial level
- Possession of Chartered member of world recognized institution in Engineering is preferred
- Good understanding of the application of system assurance related standards such as EN50126 ISO 31000 ISO 9001 & ISO 55001
- Good interpersonal communication report writing and analytical skills
