About the role
The Life Stories Program (LSP) Coordinator based at Calvary North Adelaide Hospital provides high level training and support to a team of dedicated volunteers who record the stories of Calvary patients residents and community clients. The Coordinator will promote the LSP across Calvary hospitals aged care and home care streams. This role is 22.8 hrs a week and may be worked flexibly over 4 days.
Your main duties will include:
  • Volunteer Recruitment training and education
  • Mentoring volunteers
  • Promotion of the program and fostering its sustainable growth
  • Stakeholder engagement
About you
  • Ability to effectively promote programs engage stakeholders and develop initiatives to grow the LSP
  • High level inter-personal communication and facilitation skills including conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated integrity professionalism and ability to work autonomously
  • High level computer literacy
  • Current Drivers Licence and your own vehicle
