Play a key role in overseeing the delivery of efficient customer-focused outpatient services at Riverland General Hospital.
About the Role:
As the Outpatients Coordinator you will be responsible to the Corporate Administration & PAS Manager for providing high-level administrative support and operational supervision of outpatient administration staff. This includes managing rostering daily task allocation customer service liaising with external clinicians and ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
You will also coordinate the training and development of new staff while providing day-to-day supervision support and guidance to the outpatient team. Importantly you will serve as a key source of expert advice across RMCLHN supporting staff to deliver high-quality efficient outpatient services.
