About the Role

Working with a team of technicalSMEs in our Site Applications team you willcoordinate upgradesenhancementsand minor worksfora portfolio of160Commercial Off the Shelf softwareproductsdeployedacross both IT and OTatWA Iron Oresitesfollowingdefinedprocessframeworksfor small project management lifecycle maintenance cost control andhandover to operations.

In this role your key accountabilities will include:

  • Coordinate minor work activities includingpreventative maintenance lifecycleupgradesand enhancement activities to existing products
  • Coordinate handover from project delivery teamsduring the delivery of new applicationsinto the portfolio
  • Facilitate scheduling of work activities across the team
  • Provide input into budgets and cost models processing purchaseordersand tracking costs
  • Provide inputinto plans tostandardise andoptimise operationalpractices
  • Workbothautonomouslyandin groups and prioritise work accordingly
  • Identifyand actionopportunities forconsolidationsimplification andincreasedoperational excellence
  • Engagewithinternal and external stakeholders
  • Strive to achieve 100% safety 100% customer value and 0% waste

About You

  • Experience in coordination of IT system upgrades associated change management and cost control there is support from the team to help upskill you in areas where you may have gaps in experience compared to the role description
  • Understanding ofITILServiceManagementpractices(Incident Request Change)and howto effectivelyoperatethroughtheend-to-end lifecycle ofCOTS applications
  • Demonstrated experienceworking collaborativelywithateamof technicalSMEs
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) across relevant stakeholders to provide quick andaccurateresponses to all queries and relevant support asrequired
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology Project Management or related fields
