Job Summary

Title: Pharma IT Support Analyst
Location: Boston MA (Onsite/Hybrid)

Job Description:

Provide technical support for laboratory and clinical IT systems within GMP/GxP environments.
Assist with LIMS ELN and other pharma application maintenance troubleshooting and user support.
Monitor system performance handle incident tickets and ensure compliance with IT and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with lab teams vendors and IT groups to maintain system reliability and data integrity.
Experience working in pharmaceutical or biotech environments preferred.
