Job Summary

Our client is a leading financial corporation in Vietnam seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.

Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team promoting accountability innovation and continuous learning.
Oversee software architecture scalable system design and best practices in secure high-quality coding.
Work closely with Product Design and Business teams to define project roadmaps and deliver effective solutions.
Ensure all systems and processes meet standards for data privacy integrity and security.
Monitor and enhance system performance stability and quality across engineering operations.
Oversee project scope timelines and resources applying Agile methodologies for efficient execution.
Manage collaboration with vendors and technology partners ensuring seamless integration and aligned deliverables.
Attract mentor and retain top engineering talent in line with organizational strategy and culture.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline.
Over 8 years of hands-on software development experience including at least 4 years in a technical leadership capacity.
Proven expertise in distributed system architecture API development and database design.
Strong command of application and data security principles.
Proficient with CI/CD pipelines Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional engineering initiatives with measurable impact.
Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred:

Experience in AI/ML data platforms automation or MLOps.
Knowledge of DevSecOps and ISO 27001 compliance.
Understanding of mobile app development (iOS/Android).
Familiarity with Java stack (Spring Boot); hands-on coding or review experience is a plus.
