Job Summary

Our client is a leading manufacturing corporation in Vietnam seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.

Oversee dyeing production to achieve on-time delivery objectives.
Review and optimize workforce deployment plant layout and key operational data - including production costs workflow design and scheduling - to enhance productivity.
Actively participate in all production-related meetings such as backlog assessments and internal coordination sessions.
Maintain and regularly update OTD monitoring reports.
Investigate delivery delays identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive measures to improve performance.

Evaluate functional structures organizational charts and project details to clarify the responsibilities of teams and individuals.
Maintain and update reports on dyeing defects or reworks; conduct in-depth root cause analyses and recommend practical solutions to improve RFT outcomes.

Promote continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives focused on productivity product quality 5S and visual management.
Strengthen workforce discipline and organize regular training and upskilling programs for dyeing operators.
Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and company compliance policies.

Plan design and coordinate the acquisition or setup of production tools processing equipment and workstations as required.
Oversee and ensure timely implementation of both preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial Management or a related field - preferably with a focus on the Textile Industry.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment ideally within a textile dyeing or similar production facility.
Proficient in English with strong reading writing and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience working with ERP systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities capable of collaborating effectively across teams and departments.
Demonstrated teamwork spirit with a proactive and cooperative attitude.
Ability to perform efficiently and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines or high-pressure situations.
Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills with attention to detail and prioritization of tasks.
