Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting budgeting financial planning audits taxation and compliance while providing strategic support to management for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial accounting and reporting functions.
- Prepare and finalize monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable receivable payroll and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow working capital and fund management.
- Develop and control budgets forecasts and financial performance analysis.
- Ensure statutory compliance with GST TDS Income Tax ROC and other regulations.
- Liaise with auditors banks and financial institutions for audits and funding requirements.
- Support management in strategic financial planning and cost optimization.
- Supervise and guide the accounts and finance team.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting systems (ERP/Tally/SAP).
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Expertise in Tally ERP / SAP / other accounting software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle audits taxation and statutory filings independently.
- Attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
