Human Resources Manager Lifestyle Resort Metro Manila Philippines

We are looking for an Human Resources Manager for a lifestyle resort. The position will focus on creating a positive work environment managing hiring and employee development and ensuring strong employee engagement. The role will help build a great workplace culture support team needs and oversee the human resources operations.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology or any Business Management courses

Eight (8) years of progressive working experience in the same or relevant role

Knowledgeable with different HR functions

Pre opening experience

Excellent management and leadership skills

Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online tool kits

Willingness to be based in Quezon City
