Opportunity Overview
- Sourcing and Canvassing requirements from planners and engineers
- Execute Update Expedite RFQs
- Checks PDM Agile ESI
- Work with Vendadmin for new vendor creation
- Quote verification against Std and Contract Pricing
- Check stocks from other division
- Price delivery and payment negotiation
- PO issuance and monitoring
- Update Open PO report for delivery status
- Coordination with planners engineers warehouse CM CE traffic PCO and suppliers
- Escalation with CM CE
- Merlin WO creation
- Resolve matching holds issues
- Supplier Evaluation through the use of scorecard
- Updates RCIA for late POs
- Facilitates shipments with UPS on Asia vendors

- BS in Industrial Engineering/Business Administration or equivalent with 3-5 years experience in related work.
- Strong computer skills
- Experience in completing result-oriented projects and has the ability to manage priorities in international business environment
- Has a high sense of urgency in dealing with the job and can interface with different level of positions in the organization
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to perform multi-tasks
- Oracle MRP experience desirable
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and organization skills
- DPSM/APICS certification is a plus but not a requirement
- Great attention to details
- Willing to work on flexible schedule when the need arises
