Opportunity Overview:
- Oversees the activities in the RepairOperations.
- Monitor and evaluate team and employee performance in alignment with yearly goals.
- Identify and allocate required resources (workforce systems materials and equipment) to meet production requirements.
- Provide onboarding and training for new team members.
- Establish strategic goals for the team that align with the companys overall goals.
- Achieve financial targets by forecasting requirements preparing budgets scheduling expenditures reviewing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- Maintain quality service by upholding quality and customer service standards; identifying and resolving issues; reviewing trends; and recommending system improvements.
- Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel prioritizing tasks monitoring progress revising schedules and resolving issues.
- Ensure equipment is operational and maintained according to schedule.
- Drive process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate production and strategic planning activities.
- Ensure workplace safety effective use of company assets and a well-maintained work environment.

- BS Degree on either electronics electrical or mechanical engineering.
- At least 1 year experience in asupervisory role.
- Proficient in the use of various MS Apps i.e. Excel Word PowerPoint Visio
- Proficient data analysis.
- Works well with people within and outside the organization.
