Job Summary:
The Franchisee Development Manager will be responsible for expanding the companys retail network by identifying recruiting and onboarding new franchise partners. The role involves driving franchise growth ensuring profitability and maintaining brand standards across all franchise outlets.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners and new market opportunities.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve franchise expansion targets.

Manage the end-to-end franchise acquisition process from lead generation to agreement closure.

Conduct financial and operational feasibility studies for potential locations.

Support new franchisees with setup store layout and adherence to brand guidelines.

Coordinate with marketing operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth franchise operations.

Monitor franchise performance and provide regular business reviews and improvement plans.

Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to drive sales growth and brand consistency.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).

5 years of experience in franchise development or retail expansion preferably in the furniture or home décor industry.

Strong negotiation communication and relationship management skills.

Proven track record in franchise sales and territory development.

Understanding of retail operations and financial analysis.
