Job Summary

Job Title : Project Manager - GIS Projects

Experience : 4-9 Years

Location : Navi Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver end-to-end UAV-based geospatial and inspection projects from kickoff to final deliverables
Collaborate with product operations and technical teams to design mission plans data acquisition and processing workflows
Manage project budgets timelines risks and resources ensuring adherence to quality standards
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including pilots GIS analysts and data specialists
Coordinate with stakeholders for progress reviews milestone approvals and final acceptance
Ensure regulatory compliance (DGCA data security government tenders)
Prepare project documentation: execution plans risk registers reports and post-project reviews
Recommend process improvements and technology adoption to enhance project delivery efficiency

Requisites:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Geomatics Civil Engineering Remote Sensing GIS or related field
Project Management certification preferred (PMP PRINCE2 Agile)
Proven experience managing large-scale UAV-based mapping or inspection projects
Experience with government/public sector projects and compliance requirements
Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS QGIS) and photogrammetry tools (Pix4D Metashape ContextCapture)
Familiarity with LiDAR processing orthomosaics 3D modeling and cloud-based geospatial platforms
Strong project tracking skills (MS Project Jira or similar tools)
Excellent stakeholder management communication and leadership skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize workflows and manage multiple projects
