Job Summary

Position: Area Manager – Branch Channel
Location: Mumbai Location -Lower Parel
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 8–12 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI sector. Experience of similar field is preferred. Candidates should be willing to relocate if required*
Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Supervise guide and motivate a team of professionals to maximize revenue and business growth.
* Create and maintain a safe positive and productive work environment for staff.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to generate new business opportunities within the assigned area.
* Analyze capital budgets and expenses to identify opportunities for cost efficiency and improved profitability.
* Develop and execute business plans to ensure optimal use of resources and time.
* Assist in interviewing recruiting onboarding and training of staff.
* Design and implement marketing and sales plans to achieve targets and enhance brand visibility in the assigned area.
* Conduct market research to analyze customer behavior industry trends and competitor activities.
* Organize and participate in regular management meetings to discuss business updates challenges and growth opportunities.
* Train staff on daily operations brand promotion and customer service standards.
* Evaluate employee performance and prepare individual development and improvement plans.
* Review existing business processes and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
* Conduct periodic strategic reviews of the business portfolio across allocated clusters and branches.
* Oversee administrative and operational functions across clusters and branches.
* Monitor daily and weekly target achievements analyze performance gaps and prepare reports for management.
* Ensure punctuality discipline and high ethical standards aligned with ICL’s values.
* Provide timely market intelligence and sales-related information to management.
* Ensure strict adherence to company policies processes and compliance norms at all levels.
* Initiate and implement sales campaigns and promotional activities within the assigned area.
