The Attorney Generals Office is recruiting for a full-time Training and Development Manager (WMS Band 2) in the Human Resources Division. This position is located in Olympia Washington and is not union-represented.
Salary range: $96706 - $130320 annually
The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the preferred candidates job-related knowledge skills and experience.

About the Training and Development Manager Position & Essential Functions
In this position you will develop and manage the office-wide Human Resources Development Program and supervise three employees of the Training and Development Unit. You will be responsible for a host of leadership organizational and employee development activities for attorneys administrative and professional staff. You will ensure program compliance with laws regulations and policies regarding required training and will oversee the in-house Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program for Assistant Attorneys General. Additional responsibilities will include developing curricula including technical supervisory leadership and diversity courses.
