Team / Scope
Join the TPM team supporting end-to-end eCommerce testing. This role drives cross-team alignment and execution across testing automation and release readiness.
What youll do
- Lead program kickoff and alignment across multiple engineering/QA teams (scope milestones owners success metrics).
- Own dependencies risks and issues (RAID) and drive mitigation to closure.
- Track program health weekly: delivery status quality signals environment readiness and blockers.
- Stay close to test automation CI/CD to help unblock teams and improve delivery confidence.
- Drive release readiness: entry/exit criteria quality gates environment stability cutover/CAB coordination rollback planning.
- Provide clear executive-ready updates (concise specific results first).
Requirements
Required qualifications
- 7 years experience as a TPM / Technical Program Manager / Program Manager in software delivery.
- Proven ability to drive complex multi-team programs end-to-end.
- Strong background partnering with QA/SDET and engineering teams on testing and automation.
- Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD workflows and quality gates (enough to unblock and drive decisions).
- Tools/Artifacts: Jira or Azure DevOps dashboards/telemetry RAID logs RACI/DACI change calendar/CAB.
Nice to have
- eCommerce domain experience.
- Experience improving quality metrics at scale (pass rate trends defect aging flaky tests env stability).

- Quality signals are measurable and improving; releases are readiness-driven with strong communication.
