This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Time (Sydney/Melbourne)

Youll own the digital presence strategy while providing essential operational support that keeps the business running smoothly. Responsibilities:
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content across Facebook LinkedIn and Instagram (approximately 3 posts per week)
  • Develop informational content focused on construction and land development consulting services
  • Design and maintain professional templates in Microsoft Word and Excel for business operations
  • Handle backend administrative tasks to support daily business functions
  • Manage various operational and transactional activities as the consultancy expands
  • Support the setup and optimization of business processes and documentation
  • Collaborate directly with the business owner on strategic initiatives and priority projects
  • Adapt to evolving needs and take on additional responsibilities as the business grows
Requirements:
  • Proven background in social media management and digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (basic to intermediate level required)
  • Experience creating content for Facebook LinkedIn and Instagram platforms
  • Strong administrative and organizational capabilities
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Reliable internet connection and flexibility to work during Australian business hours overlap
  • Bonus if you have experience in construction real estate or B2B consulting industries
  • It helps if youre comfortable learning new tools and adapting to changing business needs
