About the Client:
We are a fast-growing U.S.-based commercial real estate brokerage seeking a Director of Marketing based in the Philippines to lead the creation and execution of all marketing initiatives. This is a high-level remote role requiring prior experience in U.S. commercial real estate marketing and strong graphic design capabilities.
You will be responsible for developing offering memorandums leasing flyers white papers site plans and all other client-facing collateral as well as managing social media email marketing and our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Production
Create high-quality offering memorandums property flyers white papers and broker presentations using Adobe InDesign
Develop basic site plans aerial overlays and location maps
Build and maintain PowerPoint and PDF pitch decks
Ensure all content aligns with the companys brand identity
Digital & Email Marketing
Manage Constant Contact: build and send email campaigns for new listings closings and announcements
Create and schedule LinkedIn and Instagram posts (graphics captions)
Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements to digital strategy
CRM & Marketing Operations
Manage and update CRM platforms (HubSpot Salesforce or similar)
Track leads contacts and campaign performance across listings and client outreach
Maintain a digital archive of past marketing materials and templates
Branding & Strategy
Develop and enforce internal brand guidelines across all channels
Assist in creating a comprehensive brand book (typography logo use templates voice)
Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategy and visual messaging
Requirements
What Were Looking For
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in U.S. commercial real estate (brokerage developer Real Estate Investment Trust-REIT etc.)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce ClientLook)
Strong written English and ability to create polished client-ready materials
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Preferred:
Understanding of industrial real estate and site logistics layouts
Experience with Canva Figma or Lucidchart
Working knowledge of U.S. commercial real estate terminology and marketing best practices
