As part of the Chat Process team you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries complaints and support requests through live chat. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information resolving issues efficiently and maintaining a positive interaction experience.
Responsibilities - Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat.
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Document customer interactions and maintain customer records.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers.
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Proficient in using computers and chat software.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

Required Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of experience managing complex projects in the insurance or financial services industry. Proven track record of delivering projects on time within scope and under budget. Strong understanding of insurance operations including underwriting claims processing policy administration and regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall Agile Scrum Hybrid). Advanced skills in MS Project SharePoint and collaboration platforms. Excellent communication negotiation and leadership abilities with the ability to influence without direct authority. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced evolving environment. Experience with digital transformation initiatives core system upgrades or claims automation systems is highly desirable.
