Planning HR department daily/weekly workload to support HR business priorities

Read financial reporting and interpret data

Federal state and local employment laws

Recruiting and event organization

Microsoft Office Suite computer and workforce management programs

Effectively using scheduling software

Leading a team of hourly HR experts; including skills in interviewing developing coaching evaluating and retaining talent

As a Human Resources Process Team Leader no two days are ever the same but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:

Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing all Target practices as outlined with team onboarding learning and career growth; help close skill gaps through development coaching and team interactions.

Support leaders in creating and prioritizing an environment of inclusivity where teams value diverse voices and approaches are authentic and respectful and create equitable experiences.
