Starting pay: $15/hour
The basic job duties for this position are as follows:
To perform the basic functions of a Document Scanner you must be able to scan documents so that they can be retrieved electronically. These include but are not limited to repair orders from service and car deals. After scanned documents that do not have to be stored are shred or filed in the appropriate areas
Must be able to:
- Lift up to 30 pounds at a time
- Sit for a minimum of 6 hours per day
- Stand for more than 2 hours per day
- Complete repetitive motions with hands and arms (500 times hourly consecutively)
- Have a strong understanding of computer function and analysis of scanned documents
The Document Scanner is responsible for the following:
- Providing a great inter-employee experience
- Building lasting interdepartmental relationships
- Exceptional communication over the phone and Text
- Communicating the outcomes of daily work through both email and text to the controller
- Highly efficient at organization
- Work at high speeds (500 docs per hour)
- Follow through on all processes as outlined by both IT and the controller
- Maintain confidential customer information in a secured way
