To strengthen our team we are looking to fill the position of Medical Solution Analyst - Dermatology.
Key Responsibilities:
Execution of the operational flow for national and international Immunology events working directly with: Medical Affairs; Field team (Consultants and GRs); Marketing team; Business Excellence; and HCPs (Healthcare Professionals).
Responsible for monitoring the opening of events planned for each cycle and validating event information such as: deadlines event duration logistics speaker etc.
Creation submission and modification of ANFs (forms used to support payment for services provided by HCPs such as lectures consultancy participation in advisory boards etc.).
Responsible for all HCP support until the event takes place including formalizing invitations and sending support materials.
Contact with speakers to assist in lecture preparation. Sending scientific information and references. Searching for full scientific articles.
Sending communications to speakers requesting the final version of presentations. Responsible for the first content review.
Ensure that presentations comply with local and UCB regulations.
Submission of material for review and approval by the Medical and Regulatory Affairs departments.
Reconciliation and closure of ANFs.
Requirements:
Complete University Degree in Business Administration Marketing Pharmacy or related fields.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Fluent English.
Knowledge of biological medicines for the Dermatology market.
Knowledge of the market in the region of operation.
Must reside in São Paulo Brazil.
