Job Summary

- Operate and monitor global IT services with a focus on servers storage backup and cloud-based solutions.
- Oversee and ensure the support process for IT solutions whether on-premises or in the cloud.
- Identify and initiate escalation procedures and prioritize support activities.
- Handle troubleshooting incident resolution configuration tasks alerts and service requests related to global IT infrastructure and cloud services.
- Support the integration of services into the Cloud platform and manage their operation.
- Address issues incidents configurations alerts and service requests for global IT services both on-premises and cloud-based.


Qualifications :

- Understanding of IT infrastructure including servers storage backup networking and cloud environments.
- Proficient in virtualization technologies (on-premises and cloud) and server administration (Linux and Windows).
- Skilled in configuring and managing servers storage systems backup solutions and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell VBA etc.) and object-oriented programming languages such as Java Python and Go.
- Availability to work from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Fluent English

Professional Experience

- Hands-on experience in operations monitoring support and troubleshooting of IT systems in both cloud and on-premises environments including hybrid and public clouds like Azure and AWS.
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware OpenStack and OpenShift.
- Proficient in Linux operating systems middleware systems networking protocols (TCP/IP DHCP DNS Firewall) and container technologies (Docker).
- Familiar with CI/CD tools such as GIT and Jenkins.
