Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic and operational projects in a cross-functional environment
- Act as a sparring partner for strategic topics initiated by the Management Board
- Develop new business areas in close collaboration with operational teams
- Conduct independent complex analyses and research
- Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
- Identifying relevant KPIs and deriving actionable recommendations to support company growth
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration economics IT fintech or a comparable field
- 2 years of experience in strategy or business development e.g. in consulting financial services or a start-up environment
- Strong analytical skills and a confident understanding of data and KPIs
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace
- Excellent English skills both written and spoken
- Resilient and confident personality ideally with experience in a dynamic scale-up environment
- High level of motivation to actively shape and improve business operations
- Quick comprehension and a structured solution-oriented way of working
