Job Summary
Your Tasks
- Management of end-to-end delivery and continuous enhancement of Trade-In and related products with alignment of product vision strategy and roadmap to business and sustainability goals
- Coordination with internal teams and external technology providers and oversight of product definition rollout integrations and ongoing improvements across markets
- Leadership of international and cross-functional projects and maintenance of strong alignment with the Senior Product Manager technical departments and business stakeholders
- Preparation and translation of detailed business requirements into actionable specifications and supervision of implementation through IT and delivery teams
- Provision of transparent updates on progress risks and dependencies and delivery of regular status reports and insights to leadership and project managers to support informed decision-making and delivery accountability
- Transformation of customer and market insights into ongoing product improvements and support for alignment and shared priorities between business and technology teams
Your Profile
- University degree in Economics Statistics or similar
- Several years of relevant experience in managing global projects ideally in retail / service environment and Tech
- Experience in managing international and cross functional projects and people management
- Analytical skills commercial understanding good understanding of marked trends and innovations in the area S&S focus on customers & results
- Project mangement skills
- Decision making results-oriented
- Adaptability/ flexibility/ willingness to learn
- Perseverance and performance oriented
- Teamwork
