Executive Coach
The Executive Coach provides individualized confidential coaching sessions to emerging and senior leaders. This role focuses on helping participants enhance leadership effectiveness emotional intelligence and strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions aligned with leadership goals.
- Develop personalized coaching plans and track progress toward outcomes.
- Administer leadership assessments and provide actionable feedback.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards throughout the coaching engagement.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- ICF certification (PCC or MCC level preferred).
- 7 years of executive coaching experience in leadership or organizational contexts.
- Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred in related field.
- Experience with higher education or nonprofit organizations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
