Were looking for a 6-month contract Technical Sourcer to help us identify engage and attract top engineering and technical talent. Youll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines for a range of technical roles from software engineering and data science to infrastructure and machine learning.

What youll do...

Source and engage passive and active candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn GitHub Stack Overflow X professional networks and referrals).
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements team dynamics and ideal candidate profiles.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical technical roles.
Craft personalized outreach and employer branding messages to attract top-tier technical talent.
Screen candidates for technical and cultural alignment before passing them to recruiters or hiring teams.
Use our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and sourcing tools to manage candidate data and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

On Day 1 we expect you to have...

4 years of sourcing or recruiting experience ideally focused on technical roles at fast paced or high growth tech company.
Strong understanding of technical skills engineering disciplines and modern tech stacks/frameworks (e.g. Python Javascript React AWS PyTorch etc)
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools with familiarity using Boolean search X-ray search and other advanced sourcing techniques.
Experience using an ATS (we use Greenhouse).
Global or remote sourcing experience across multiple time zones.
