We are currently in search of a UKG Technical Lead to join our Technology team in Grapevine TX. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes initiative to meet critical timelines thrives on innovation and problem solving and is able to work across different teams in fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for managing configuring supporting and optimizing UKG Pro platform.

This role is a leadership role and reports to the Senior Manager HR Technology.

This role is 5 days a week onsite in Grapevine TX.

What youll do:

Provide strategic oversight for the administration configuration and ongoing maintenance of all HR modules ensuring system integrity and operational excellence across the entire platform.

Ensure system configuration is compliant with all current regulatory business and security needs.

Partner with business and technology leaders across the organization to identify opportunities to upgrade and enhance the associate UX. Build and execute a plan for solutioning (end-to-end business process mapping and technology architecture).

Manage the technical direction of projects mentor team members and ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

A bachelors degree from an accredited program in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.

7 years experience with UKG Pro configuration (Core HR Payroll Absence Talent Performance Compensation Benefits GL WFM Reporting).

3 years experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and enterprise application integrations (EAI) using technologies (ie Boomi UKG connectors).

Excellent collaboration and communication skills; including oral written interpersonal and presentation skills; with ability to adjust style content and deliver effective presentations to the target audience.

Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.

Ability to build relationships and foster trust at all levels of the organization.

Consistently demonstrate a commitment to GameStop policies and procedures including but not limited to attendance confidentiality conflict of interest Data security/privacy protocols and ethical responsibilities.

Must be available and willing to work outside of standard business hours as needed.
