Requirements
- HKALE holder or Grade C / Level 3 / Attained with Distinction in 5 subjects of HKDSE
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in office administration and office management in a sizeable corporation
- Experience in supervising a team of frontline staff is an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities
- Handle a full spectrum of general office administrative duties including tea service management office supplies management office & pantry equipment management and other central service etc.
- Assist in supervising and coordinating daily works of a team of assistants and supporting staff for tea service office supplies office & pantry equipment and other central services
- Liaise with internal parties and external contractors regarding service provision equipment installation / maintenance and project coordination
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and to evaluate service providers performance
- Maintain accurate daily records and compile reports of administrative services
- Assist in budgeting activities
- Perform any other duties as assigned
