Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner opportunity with an Internal Medicine Practice in Waldorf location and group!Reverse commute from Washington mix of managing patients with chronic medical conditions and acute have over one year of experience in Primary Care.
About the Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity
- Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30
- No weekends
- 10 exam rooms
- EKG Spirometry Echo Sleep Study testing. Doppler
- See 18-20 patients each day
- See patients for chronic disease follow ups like Diabetes CHF COPD Asthma Thyroid Disease
- Acute visits like UTI URI GI complaints and pneumonia
- EMR is eclinical works
- Shared phone call with Providers every 4thweek (limited number of calls)
- Panel style medicine
- Lab on site
Requirements ofthe Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity
- Completed Masters Degree
- National Certification
- Maryland State Medical License
- Experience with eclinical works or EPIC
- Easy commute to office
- Over one year of experience in Family Medicine Urgent Care Emergency Medicine Cardiology Internal Medicine
