What will you get to do

Ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2013 and allied laws (FEMA SEBI).
Manage ROC filings statutory registers and records.
Draft board/committee/shareholder meeting notices agendas and minutes.
Liaise with regulatory authorities auditors and stakeholders.
Advise on corporate governance secretarial standards and company policies.
Handle event-based compliances (allotment transfer charges etc.).
Handle dematerialisation of shares and related compliance work.
Conduct in-house secretarial due diligence and maintain all secretarial paperwork in order.
Maintain trackers for shareholding meetings compliance calendars etc.
Prepare a framework for global compliance of the Whatfix group and work with overseas consultants.

Eligibility and Required Skills

4 to 8 yearspost-qualification experience (Member of ICSI for at least 4 years).
Strong knowledge of corporate laws MCA portal and compliance management.
Good drafting communication and coordination skills.
Have attention to detail.
