An accredited educational institution is seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Dean of Nursing to join its leadership team. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing all nursing program operations including curriculum development faculty supervision and compliance with state and accreditation standards. This is a key leadership opportunity to support the growth and success of future nursing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan evaluate and ensure nursing program compliance with academic and regulatory requirements.
Oversee faculty curriculum clinical sites and program budgeting.
Maintain program records contribute to institutional committees and assist with staffing and HR collaboration.
Evaluate and manage clinical site partnerships placements and performance assessments.
Teach courses participate in curriculum development and implement effective instructional strategies.
Lead student orientations provide advising and mentoring support at-risk students and ensure adherence to graduation and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Nursing required; enrollment in or completion of a Masters program preferred.
Active valid Registered Nursing License in the state of California.
Minimum one year of teaching experience in a nursing program.
Minimum one year of clinical experience as a registered nurse.
Strong leadership communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency with MS Teams Zoom and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
